Privacy Notice

The Program in Public Policy, Global Affairs and Society (PGS), Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University, respects your privacy and processes personal data only for legitimate program administration and communication.

When you submit an inquiry, PGS collects the name, email address, student status, and message that you provide. If you are signed in as a PGS student, the system uses the verified name and Chulalongkorn email address associated with your account.

PGS uses this information to answer your inquiry, route it to the appropriate staff member, maintain an auditable communication record, protect the service from misuse, and meet applicable university or legal obligations.

Inquiry records are accessible only to authorized staff and service providers acting for Chulalongkorn University. PGS does not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of the University and its community.

PGS retains inquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable record-keeping requirements. Technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect the information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

You may ask about your personal data or request correction, restriction, or another right available under applicable law by contacting pgs@chula.ac.th. PGS may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

This notice may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The notice version accepted with an inquiry is recorded at the time of submission.
